Smile when You are Sad

There is really a thing called good people in this world. Last Friday could be said my most unlukiest day because so many things happen to me all in one day.

I was preparing to go home for an important meeting when the bus that should have arrived and bring me to the LRT Station came late, so I miss my first train with my " Leng Lui Jie Jie" along. I thought I should just give up and went back to PJ when I in my craziest mind decided to give it another try and so I went to inquire about KTM ticket I went and the lady’s instructions wasn’t clear she said " Ke atas Lagi" and I was like what the hell is she saying. so I search and search and finally I manage to find the  intercity KTM Station and I manage to just book seconds away for the 9.10pm train.

I wasn’t worried about anything till I realise I can make calls anymore because my handphone only leave RM0.06.I panicked because I need to call at least my "Leng Lui Jie Jie" to confirm that I’ll be back hometown late one hour.

I was waiting and thinking, well just a list of things I think:

a) Reach the train station at hometown, then go rent a motel room

b) Reach Train station, go straight to Police Station and ask for help although doubted this would work.

c) Walk for another 15km at 1200am and try to reach home safely   (Who am I kidding?)

d)Find a phone booth and calls home and hope someone is awake to pick up the phone and bring me home.

Then I saw a man in the front seat went out from the "Gerabak" that I am in and he bought food when he came back. I was suprised, I never really seat on a KTM train before and I didn"t know second class you can buy food from train.(Only knew this when my Leng Lui Jie Jie told me) because of all the rushing I was really hungry, I haven’t eaten the whole day because there are business I am attending too.

By sheer lucK I meet the captain of the train Mr. Albert an Indian and I asked/begged to use his handphone, he just asked me where I am calling and I told him the location and he calls for me. I was estatic, it happen so fast after I inform my Leng Lui Jie Jie and I offered to pay him but he refuse I said thank you and I finally reach my destination safe though a little bit late but I had no worried of not being able to went home that night.

AMAZING. Thank God.

Intro about the writer:

He is a UTAR student who is studying broadcasting. He is currently studying in year 2 semesters 2. He hopes to be a successful broadcaster/writer/director/producer someday. He hopes everyone who read this like the story.

   

          It started off in the late 19^th century when everything was beginning to take it shape, some of it is in the worse form you can hardly imagine, major civil issue are being protested, chunk of tired burn, it seem like a revolution is going to happen, apparently it is led by the radical youthful mindset, largely influence by the education system which constantly raise curiosity that undermined the authorities, yet in all this craziness and madness, somehow I am still able to have peace of mind, I like any normal guy continue to do what I have to keep on surviving, working as pianist in one of the prominent hotel ever know in this Pasadena district, and being able to work and indulge with my passion was one of the greatest joy I believe every pianist like me could ever hope for, well the surprising thing is everything was so perfect then, until I meet someone, someone so special that make my body stiff and my eyes not even want to move an inch away from her, I couldn’t say for sure whether it was love at first sight, but one thing for sure I am not just going to let her go and slipping away from my sight without getting her address or phone number.

       It was on that day of December 21^st in the year nineteen hundred and eighty five that change my life forever, a day which I vowed never to be forgotten, what a coincidence  with Christmas just around the corner, it’s been three months then when I first saw her and getting her phone number prove too easy for me, we started off with calling each other and chat till way pass midnight, sometimes I bet I could even hear the cocked crow from a small farm next to the place where I stay, and the dogs howling in the streets, my guess was because beside the street lamps, my room is the only one lighted up given at such a time when everyone is still sleeping,  and it might just occur to me that the loyal animals that guard the area might not get use to it, although I believe time is the only answer for them to solve this problem. On that day when suddenly after making her laugh with all the foolish jokes I make about myself,  in a spontaneous move I decided to ask her to move in with me and surprisingly she agreed. But thing started to change from what I thought was going to be smooth sailing. Thing turn out for the worst, she and I begin to fight constantly, and it really ached my heart to the point of giving up my life. I love her so much; so much as I would give up everything the world has to offer me for her love. It became know then that this relationship is on the brined of breaking up. She finally decided to call it quit and I was all by myself again, trying to get away from this pathetic feeling of loneliness, I decided to visit a downtown bar, I drink almost every night and most of the time its was way passes midnight. To come to think of it, that the reason I couldn’t wake up and get to work on time and because of this I was fired from my “dream” jobs, but don’t get me wrong playing the piano is still my first love and my passion.

      It was at this time again where I manage to get another job in a local prominent restaurant, and at the special request of my superior, which happened to be the owner of the restaurant, to play only classical music, apparently he want to set a standard of high culture for his restaurant, he requested that I play the Mozart’s, the Bach’s and the Beethoven’s,. Every night was the same old tune, and it was play over and over again leading me to believe that any loyal customer of the restaurant could have name it all by heart, until finally I can’t take it anymore, I was going to call it quit after two years of playing for the sake of my livelihood, then suddenly love struck me again, this time it was this girl who come from a rich family, she has a very sweet voice and beautiful big blue eyes, yet what impresses me the most is that  she maintain the strictest table manner that I ever know or seen, she was then a regular comer to the restaurant, word was out then that  She was studying in Harvard university and not only that, she was consider one of the very few brighter girl of all girls at that time, this was partly because she is also among the top one percent  in her university.

     Being a regular customer she always has, I have the notion that she would sit down at one of the table located on the furthest right side corner of the restaurant which is facing the window. But strange enough, it seem today she was sitting just across two tables from where I was playing the piano, with my ever torturous music that tormented my ears if not the customer’s. Like every pianist, they have a secret to capture the attention of their listeners, each pianist though have their own way of doing it. My secret was to try to make eye contact by looking at the diner’s eyes, panning my eyes slowly from the table to as far as I can see them, and occasionally I would just wink at pretty girl across the table and smile at them. I was looking around the diners when this pretty girl eye’s struck me and that was it! And as much as I want to resist this feeling, the desire to be love again just prove too strong for me, and give my low self esteem enough courage, to get to know this fine girl more for at least as a friend.

       Apparently her father was one of the ex-brigadier general in the United State’s army, her father was given a medal of honor for saving a wounded soldier during the Second World War and being wounded himself, that explain why her father a quiet old man who walk with a limp stick, her father apparently got lucky with what turn out to be a medial investment he made year ago that make him a billionaire today. The saddest thing though was when her mother passed away when she was only 7 years of age. She had a brother who served in the army and rarely come home for visit during the weekend, and she misses him a lot. The more I talk with her; I realize she is also like any normal girl who just wanted to live a normal live despite living with all this “luxuries”, which was something I thought everyone always dream about.

     Through time what turn out to be a friendship became a serious commitment we have with each other, I know from that moment on, I was in love with her and so was she into me. Because of her father’s investment and social circles, every year she would have a chance to go overseas for holidays, and usually she goes with her rich girlfriends who she never felt fit in because they are too proud of their “high culture”, but thing change when I was invited to come along and through her father dealings I am able to take long leaves from my work as a pianist, she even told me she have never feel so happier in any of her trip except with me, and I was proud of what I can give her, a joy no one can understand but her. It was enjoyable for me too because I could go to places I never been before like the Switzerland Alps.

    Strange enough at the climax of our love, there came another man of European descent who I find to be very much interested with her, she use to receive bouquet after bouquet of Purple Lily which to my knowledge was her favorite flower, and I was told it was send by the same European guy, who stay in a hotel just across where she lives, and this happen for the next few weeks, apparently the man was introduce to her through business dealings with her father.

    I was getting jealous and was feeling very uneasy with what was going on, but she assure me that her love for me will never die, sensing my uneasiness, she later told her butler to threw all the Purple Lily away from the house, and to reject anymore of her favorite flower if it was send by the same European guy, as to what I expected, the European guy was confounded, but rather I believe he receive his fate with a lot of patient. After what had happen the European guy did not stay long, his business trip in Pasadena district was coming to an end, and although he successfully close a business deal, I doubt he would be leaving in a pleasant mood, since he leave so hastily without sending a note goodbye to the girl of my heart.

    After three years of being together, we decided we want to spend the rest of our live living as one happy couple, and with the permission and the blessings granted from the guardian of both parties, we were finally married in a canopy attended by close friends and relatives, and the most happiest thing that happened was twelve months later, we were bless with having twin babies.

Executive Producer- Is the person in charge of several large production, and also manage budget for the production beside that also liaise with financial supporter, ad agency, station manager, talent and writer agent.

Producer- Is the person in charge of individual production is also the person responsible for all the personnel working in a production, beside that is in charge of all technical and non technical aspect of the production. Also work as a writer for small production.

Associate producer- Assist producer in all production matters, is the person who does the actual coordinating jobs. Example calling and confirming schedules.

Director- Is the person who coordinates the talent and technical operations. Is also the person who is responsible to transform the script into visual and audio messages.

Associate director- is the person who assist director in actual production, is also responsible for doing timing for the director in studio production and responsible to call for VTR to start in complicated production, beside that help ready various operation such as presetting specific camera shots. He is also known as assistant director.

Production Manager-Is the person responsible in scheduling all the equipment and personnel for all field and studio production.

Production Assistant- Is the person responsible to assist producer and director during actual production such as taking down notes from the suggestion of producer and director for show improvement.

Art Director- Is the person responsible for the creative aspect of the production. Example such as scenic design, location and graphics.

Sound Engineer- Also known as audio engineer, generally have the knowledge of how to installed, operate all sound broadcasting equipment.

Talent- Break down in 3 categories, they are performers, actor and anncr, performers is the portrayer of someone else in a non dramatic production, actor is portraying someone else in a dramatic production and anncr usually don’t appear on camera.

Writer- Is the person writing script for the production of TV and usually is a producer in small production.

Below the line

Technical director- Is the person in charge of technical aspect of the production, beside that sits with the director in the control room and operate the switchers.

Director of photography-is the person responsible on all decision regarding to the artistic and technical elements of the image, is all the chief of camera department and together with the director have all the final say in decision making regarding to framing and lighting .

Lighting director- is the person responsible for the lighting plan and is also responsible to arrange the lighting equipment, the setting up of the lighting equipment and check them for lighting.

Floor manager-is also known as floor director, is responsible for coordinating activities on the set, such as relating director cues to the talents except in large production also responsible in setting up the scenery and dressing the set

Floor person- is the assistant of Floor manager, is the person responsible to operate cue and easel cards and on camera graphics, beside that also help set up portable lighting instruments and microphone booms, is also responsible to assist camera operators in moving camera dollies and pulling camera cable.

Video operator- Is the person responsible to adjust camera control for optimal pictures.

                           And is also known as the shooter.

Gaffer- Is the chief of electric department is also responsible in handling the cable, generators, lighting equipment and other electrical equipment.

Grips- Is the person responsible for the safety of the set, is the person to solve rigging problem and is the person who help installed the ladder, scaffold, and stand and so on.

Audio Technician- Is the person in charge to set up and check the mics, monitor audio quality during production and strike audio equipment after production.

Character generator operator- is the person responsible to design and type in title, subtitle, credit into a computer based device that insert the text over the video.

Continuity sectary- is the person responsible to make notes of each scene being shot and their continuity detail to ensure those scenes remain consistent between scene and shot. Is also the person responsible to release the talent after each scene/shot

Video tape operator- Run video tape machine or disc tape device.

Editor- Use video and audio recording and blend together to create a final product.

Make up artist- Use makeup accessories to make talent look their best or their worst according to the need of the production.

Wardrobe person- Is the person who makes sure the talents have appropriate clothes to wear to the need of the scripts.

Property manager- can only be found in large production and is the person responsible to manage and maintain the use of various set and hands properties.

Digital Render Graphic- is the person who is responsible to render digital graphics for on air use.

Writer: Daniel Sim Lim Beng Title: Interest, doing what I really want. Introduction The writer is currently studying Broadcasting in Utar. He is now in his second year of studying.

    Interest according to Collin Internet dictionary is defined as “to cause to become involved in something”. This means that to be involved in something, one require interest. In today’s world we don’t really brag about having a university degree anymore, since having a degree is now such a common thing. Employers now look forward more to have employees who have masters or even PhDs in their respective field. But for one to continue studying toward their master’s or PhDs , that person must have been driven by something, a passion that can only be simplify in one word, that is ‘Interest’. Interest then can also be summarized as doing what we really want, we shouldn’t underestimate this ‘interest’, our interest is very important, our interest lead us to do the thing that we dream to do all our life but the beside all that, our interest lead us to be successful in the things we do. Interest is what keeps us going, as for the graduates who are working now, they know that studying and working are two different things. Studying is just to provide the basic foundation of our knowledge but it does not give us any experience, this despite of the various examples and theoretical knowledge the academic world provide. When it comes to the working world, we talk about being experience in something, or being really good at something and interest is what hypes us there. As you now understand, that experience is not gain through the many book we study but through working, and one of the experience in the working world is that we get to met all kinds of people from various stages of life, which is closely connected with their upbringing, and sometimes to gain the experience in this part is the tough and painful one, yet there are Public Relation field, where the people involved have to deal with this for as long as they are working. Sound odd is it? But I believe it is largely due to their interest which instills them with the passion to know how to deal with all the different kind of people around them that they decided to take up this challenging field. Throughout history around the globe, human have know to be successful which is greatly due to their interest in their respective field. Take Albert Einstein as an example, his interest in Math and physics make him a much celebrated person both in the academic field and non academic field, people line up just to get his autograph. But if you have read about him, you would find out that he doesn’t like school or studying excerpt Mathematic and as you know he is known in every continent of the world and was even ask to take up the position of President in newly form state of Israel at that time. I would like to conclude by saying that we should really be paying more attention to our interest than anything else in the world, because in the end it is our interest that determine out future.

CNY Chinese movie very nice to watch. I begin to realise hey China and HK director are quite  talented in their directing especially for the action drama genre..awesome and amazing. Now why I never thought about that. where else mine always involved family drama of a very sad episode.

I want to try action drama..but budget very big and required strong artist background to support the film like Jet Li and Jackie Chan…regarding the Myth the story kind of quite dragging so the best part is the end part…or I might be wrong..maybe the director wan to connect sadness and the time duration its represent for example a one day sadness can mean a one hundread years for me. but then again how many ppl will actually sit down and think like that for the very first time watching it in cinema.

I am going to write new sysnopsis of a new story soon cuz my old wan I kind of feel not  good enough, actually scriptwriter write and rewrite but I kind of feel safe posting it on friendster then re-write it online.. I dislike horror movie…. Supernatural movie might be good idea..might be going to start to write the "Kaplusia" film treatment together with the scripts..its going to be a high budget film definately becos of animation for SFX and the setting. The story is a series written by sci-fic writer Victory Low the best I read so far in Malaysia and it was even rated as good by my English lecturer, we meet during covention..was consider close during my youngest day there..he taught me Break dance and I still remember the steps… God I really want to help him by finishing this awesome story to a treatment and a film by me. Help us.Amen.

Cinematographer

    Among the most respected cinematographer in Asia is a man from down under. He is none other than Christopher Doyle. This 55 years old guy is a multi award winning cinematographer and this was the main reason why we choose him, he is artistically superb and his credibility is a proven track record. He is different in the sense that he is a member of Hong Kong Society of Cinematographers which usually reserved for Chinese in particular. According to him a cinematographer is a person who translate ideas into images. Something every director is looking for especially ideas for horror movie given that it’s not easy to produce.

    On the artistic side as a cinematographer, he is known to have work for acclaimed Directors that mainly came from Asia, from countries like China and Hong Kong.  Among the notable films are “Ying Xiong” or Hero(2002) with Director Zhang Yi Mou and In the Mood for Love(2000), Eros(2004), 2046(2004), with Director Wong Kar Wai (IMDB, 2007).

   Our Genre that we choose as a team was Horror but most of the movie Christopher works in as a cinematographer is a combination of Drama, science fictions and romance and swordplay film. Christopher however did became a cinematographer for a film called Psycho (1998) which was a western Horror movie but given the nature of how different horror stories are made between western and oriental films, we may even have to say Christopher Doyle is not the person for this job, we however feels that the strength that he shown in his work in other genre can be use in our film.

        An example was in the movie Hero; He uses a combination of color to represent the ambience in that movie and create aesthetic, for instance the color Green represents in Hero represent flashback, Red to show decisiveness in the face of moral quandary. He even goes all the way to create the most difficult produce color Yellow in the film to represent the temporality of the period piece film. The use of colors in the film Hero helps to make it a theme for that film.

         It’s highly unlikely to find any swordplay film like “Hero” using color as a theme, in horror genre for example we believe we can use his talent in the sense where he may use his expertise in playing and combining with colors to portray an anticipated fear feeling in an even more dramatic way. Most of the horror movie we have seen like say Freddy Versus Jason, Chucky, One Miss Called and many more  focus more on the composition and a subject’s make up and music concrete to create the mood. We want to create something different. We want to produce horror movie using color representation and as far as we are concerned, Christopher Doyle is the person to be our cinematographer.

      We decided that our focus should change to instead horror film that focus on the subject make up and interesting suspense storyline like One Miss Called to creating horror movie through objects on the scene to compose Mise-En-Scene, a job that I personally believed for Christopher Doyle to do.

        In Christopher Doyle‘s collaboration with Wong Kar Wai, There’s always a trademark of his work in terms of Visual Motif. Films such as Eros and 2046, slower speed were used to shot strategic scenes also known as an undercrank then in order to restore the action to real time duration, the action are speed up and then frames are step printed in a slower speed onto the finish film, this then create  an unforgettable sense of simultaneous animation and suspension.

           Christopher shooting of unusual angle and camera and his craft of using wide angle lenses for distortion purposes with strong color lights such as sickly fluorescent greens, cold blues, warm yellows and orange will be useful in producing a more dramatic horror genre for us. He create spatial relationship in film through lighting which is a very creative approach giving a sense of being in a 3 Dimension where audiences could connect from the usual 2 Dimension films.

        We feel that most horror genre movie is really to scare people and then they forget about it. We believed by using Christopher Doyle as a cinematographer, we can bring things to a higher level in the sense that the horror movie we produce might not just bring the fun in scaring people but also leave to haunt them in their memories.

      

            In the film “In the Mood for Love” Christopher Doyle uses simple light setting to portray the subject especially shooting during night time. This technique though is common in horror movie but the interesting part was Christopher Doyle uses location setting like Mise-En-Scene to evoke emotions and tone. For example there is one scene for the film mention where the camera track against Maggie Cheung walking by a street behind it standing bricks of an old wall, because he shoot it with simple lighting, there is obvious hard shadow which according to him give another level of intensity of loneliness . According to Christopher, he said the wall portrays a sense of loneliness and sadness. He can help you to better feel that film. He uses Mise-en-Scene on the location itself without any changes such as props to it and his give a sense of realism. Such a man deep for the arts is hard to be found.  He didn’t use a direct approach but always require one critical to film to think. He tries presenting this movie to the audiences in a different and subtle approach.

    The writer is studying Broadcasting at Utar in the Klang Valley, Malaysia. He is currently in his first semester of the second year. The writer hopes to be a successful person in the entertainment field one day (After he graduate of course).

           

          Kosher is a word originally derived from the Hebrew word ‘Kasher’, ‘Kasher’ can be understand as legitimate or proper. But as you know, language is amazing when you add one word to another with totally different meaning; you would get a whole new definition of what it means. When we talk about kosher food it does not just define to a small scope of what proper food is to be taken, but it is the food prepare based on religious dietary law. But kosher itself can be present in many formed such as koshering your kitchen utensil (Jewish laws), koshering in the way we speak (No foul word or gossip (Lashon chara)) there even have kosher Sex (Jewish only), in Islam there are even kosher banking. Kosher food is currently practice by two main religion there are Judaism which is practice by the Jew or Jew Convert call ‘Ger’ and Islam obviously in the Arab world, although the way they prepare kosher food might differ from one another in term of practices. The writer will discuss on the Jewish perspective.

         

         As you now know, kosher food is a religious term, this mean that there are bound to have certain boundary we need to respect. For example Kosher food define what animal as clean and unclean, clean according to religious definition is animal that can be consume and vice versa. One of the most profound example of unclean animal is pig which is unclean both to the religion of Judaism and Islam, and for that a practicing Jew or an Islam are even forbidden to touch it, for a practicing Jew, to touch the carcasses of such animal defile him which can be punitively mean excommunication from the rest of the Jewish people. The scope of clean and unclean animal include a wide range from the sea such as having only scale and fins which are edible, the sky such as eagle and crow are inedible, the thing that crawl only with four legs above their feet (example a locust, grasshopper and beetle), the different type of animal consumption such as carnivorous and omnivorous whether they have hoofs or cloves (such as the comparison between a cow and a lion).

          

           To prepare Kosher food is not easy, for a Jew it is normally by a train slaughterer in where they practice a form of slaughtering the animal call Sheclita(Literally mean  Slaughter in Hebrew), the method that is imparted to them inflict little pain and a fast death to the animal. The animal is normally slaughter by cutting the jugular vein of the neck where the carotid nerves are, carotid nerve even in human when cut cause extensive lost of blood in minutes.(That why there is a huge reason to thank God if  the accident to the neck does not cut the carotid nerves. Amein, Barukh Hashem (Bless G-d.).  There are several rules to cook the meat, one is to make sure that the meat must not contain blood; if it’s in the bone then we must cook it until its black in color. The other important rule is not to cook its mother young with the mother in it together and never mix meat and milk or any dairy product together.

     There are several significant to this of which one I can identify with the value of love and compassion which is part of our inner being, which is the soul. When we talk about cooking the mother with its young in the womb, this mean than we don’t express compassion when we eat, thus forgo the meaning (Nikmat) that God intended us to discover when we eat our food. In the context of koshering of food in Judaism, we need to take a holistic approach, we shouldn’t just eat something because we want to but we must think deeper, the abundant blessing of God upon the animal (Birth is a blessing of God) and the very fact that we are able to consume such animal as food is a blessing from God itself. When we think something toward God, we realize every act of God creation is center on Love. We will feel more satisfied when we eat our food

         

          As a conclusion, I would encourage everyone to explore further to the point of wanting to practice eating kosher type of food. Think about your health and think about the significant of living, breathing and especially eating in this world, I gurantee you will feel more meaningful to live on in a world that seem starkly hopeless.       Eating Kosher type of food mean one does not need to be a practicing Jew or an Islam to eat kosher food, this mean that you can practice from eating certain food after you compare them with the effect to your health.

          

        The second significant is about health benefit, according to old Chinese saying milk does not digest easily that’s why for some with digestion problem are advise not to drink milk and eat heavily(Which include meat as a course) when traveling toward a far destination, because they are most probably going to get nausea and vomit,  this practice of not mixing milk(or any dairy product) with meat together was also back by scientific research where there found out that eating a mix of meat and dairy product create indigestion that in turn cause the weakening of the digestive system and cause all sort of digestive degenerative disease to appear such as gastric, stomach ulcer and so on. The sea shrimps are also consider non Kosher, beside not fitting dietary law requirement, according to researchers of fisheries department, sea shrimps act like the liver of the sea recycling sea water out of toxin and contain high level of mercury which if taken in large dose like tuna fish can be significantly harmful to our health especially the liver and the kidney.Scientific research indicate that pig have a high level of bacteria that exist in their body compare to other animal that are being research, although technically one way to kill them is to cook the pork until their bones are able to be crush easily(A sign of over-cooked)

  Hum. About me. Well today I am not host by any personality but by the whole guy (twg) because I will be writing article( if there is any!) among the topic that was discuss by the four personality (Daniel Sim, Initial D, DSLB, Dan-Sim) either at “ Mamak” store, Fas Broadcast studio or at any location where I feel their conversation make sense(which is one in a million times, because mostly either they talk too fast or I don’t understand a single word). I hope through my translation their idea will help you or make you laugh (personality gossip, oops since when they become popular!! ). Anyway God Bless. Happy reading.

     Well this conversation took place in Fas Broadcast studio, after asking Madaan(our broadcast technician) about some clarification on the Cubase software for better understanding, we (the personalities) then proceed to record for the first time solo and when we reach the studio room (radio station where you start to talk live was call a conti, this was relate to me by the now defunct Wow.Fm radio station. This article will be written part in conversation and part in paragraph or article whichever that suite you best. By the way Madaan said we (the personalities) can talk like for half an hour non stop. Wow!! I would have exclaimed since I am such a quiet guy, that would be a record breaking for us.

       Well as a start, DSLB who is know as the creative personality was asking us to repeat a few lines from the movie “Prince of Egypt” and from there we start to get the ball rolling, I guess personality DSLB was wanting us to get the feel of the recording room first which lead us talking for half an hour non stop, prior to our mass media and society exam( We are suppose to have recorded our group assignment which was to produce a drama but other team member did not show up, even leave Madaan wondering!)

And we proceed to talked about what we dream about for example what kind of girl friend we would dream of, for several option please see below:

From Daniel Sim perspective:

   From DSLB perspective

       I would want a girl friend who is a doctor, this is because when I am sick I know who to look for, someone who can take care of me professionally. Beside that dating a doctor would help me to keep in shape like keeping on a strict yet healthy diet. Good for my heart too. So a normal conversation would go like this:

   The situation will be in a clinic or the hospital during Valentine.

Doctor to nurse:  Nurse May please call the next patient in please?

Nurse calling my name: DSLB (Will be in full Name instead of calling in acronym)

Blinking my eyes to the nurse and smilling with a odd smile as I enter the doctor’s rooms (Basically I have ‘Pakat’ with the nurse).I brought ‘sejambak’ (bouquet ) of roses for her, holding them with my right hand and slipping both my hand to my back.

     Doctor: Hi, it you again. My most frequent visit patient.(laughing)

        Me   :   uh…huh…yeah…it me

    Doctor  : well what wrong with my favorite patient today?

       Me     : Was thinking ‘barangkali visit her too much kot, although concealing my illness which was love in the heart.

        Me    : Well, doctor to be frank, I come here today was to give you this (bringing my

                        hand forward and showing the bouquet of roses to her.)

Doctor     : Oh! Wow that was so sweet of you. Thanks! thank you.

Me           : Well do you like it?

Doctor      : Yes, I like it very much

Me            : You know today is Valentine and I was thinking whether….(going to ask her

                    for dinner tonight)

a phone ring suddenly

Me            : Was thinking ‘potong Stim betul, orang tgh nak pikat ni’(  just when I am 

                     courting her, why this( the phone ring) have to happen now!)

Doctor talks to the phone for quite some times before putting it down.

Doctor’s mood was happier than my roses.

Doctor to me            :  Yes, you were saying…

Me                            : yeah ! I was thinking about whether you are free for dinner tonight

                                     since it’s valentine.

Doctor                 : Oops! sorry as much as I wanted to go out dinner with you. I have a   date today with another friend who works here.

  Me                         : Really may I know who he is?

 

Doctor                       : Well he is a cute guy, he is actually the head nurse.

Me                           : Really

Doctor                     : yeah…

And so I concluded from that day onward since the moment this conversational dream end I realize that it is either way round on how this love thing between doctor and nurse work, whether the doctor are meant to marry the nurse or the nurse are meant to marry to the doctor (this is not funny I know, but is the true reality for thousands of life worldwide specifically in this field) hum was wondering should I continued to pursued a nurse or a doctor better……

       

                

      From Initial D perspective  

  I would want to meet a girl who is soft and gentle when needed and being tough and supportive when I need her. But since my initial dream was to become an economist, I guess knowing a financial planner would be good or any girls from the finance and investment sector because I can get free financial advise from her, what’s more when girl calculate every penny to the end. Wow I would be rich then. But then if she ‘kedekut’ and ‘jit jiao’( what will happen to me then will I be happy(queen sera sera) what if she so smart until she swap away all my money. haa!! I guess it will be very dangerous too.

A conversational dream would be like:

  Me   : Hey, girl long time no see! So how are you?

Girl    : Busy as usual, how about u?

Me     : Still surviving, it look like the economic is not getting any better.

Girl    :  Well, that’s true. hey….is that why u are here?

  Me    : Well yes I heard you are the most qualify and superb financial planner.

  Girl   : Really! ah…huh…Well that true.

Me      :  Well I was..(There goes my long story about my finance status)

  Girl    : Is that all? Do you have anything you want to add?

Me       : As a matter of fact I do. I was thinking of starting a family.

  Girl    : that great. Then let start by calculating

ur

…(being interrupted by Me)

     Me   :  I was thinking of starting a family with someone special, someone like…. you.

                 Then I go on telling my story why I like her and she listen attentively, but an      

                  hours went by and…..)

     Girl  :  Oh! Well actually I am still single but not available…hey (waving to the door)

                There’s my new boyfriend coming (tall and muscular) to bring me home.

     Me   : oic!  I think I need to go off first.( In my heart I was thinking, I thought they only know how to calculate money I never thought they can be so choosy with guys too,

and after wasting all my saliva..ouch!!!  )

Apparently don’t just judge things by it cover also include our occupation and not only on our looks)

Hum…well actually I have never fall to a girl before, does that make me normal….thinking .wondering..pondering…what is love to me…..is a love real…. arghh another exciting theory waiting to be discover?
